The Journey of  Comfort Assembly

A Foundation of Faith On June 6, 1997, Comfort Assembly began in a humble living room in Bangalore City. Driven by a singular vision to empower Indian nationals and share the transformational message of the Gospel, our founder set forth in obedience to the Holy Spirit.

Alongside him, his wife Anna Louisa, his sons—Prophet Paul David Raj and Pastor Paul Israel Raj—joined the mission, fueling a contagious passion for ministry that has spanned decades.

A Holistic Mission What started as a small gathering has flourished into a vibrant, multi-linguistic community of over 500 believers across Ten branches. Our ministry extends beyond the pulpit to meet the practical needs of the vulnerable:

• Supporting the Body: We provide monthly financial support to over 150 pastors, strengthening the local church.

• Caring for the Vulnerable: We are honored to care for 50 widows and elderly individuals every month, ensuring their basic needs are met with dignity and love.

Meet Prophet Paul David Raj

Executive Pastor & Treasurer

Prophet Paul David Raj is an ordained minister, international speaker, and dedicated leader who has been in full-time service to the Lord since 2005. In 2007, he received a divine mandate to reach the nations and fulfill the Great Commission.

Global Impact & Anointing To date, he has ministered in more than 20 countries, carrying the power of God across borders. On June 25, 2016, he was anointed as a Prophet by Prophet Edd Branson (Zimbabwe). Since then, his ministry has been marked by a profound move of the Holy Spirit, touching countless lives through:

Leadership & Governance In addition to his role as Executive Pastor and Treasurer of Comfort Assembly, Prophet Paul David holds significant leadership positions within the wider Christian community.

Family Life Prophet Paul David is happily married to Inoka Jayasekara . Together, they are raising a generation for Christ and are blessed with four children: their eldest son Ryon Karey, their daughter Renee Miraclyn, their son Ezra Raphael and youngest daughter Riona Ropheka.
